name
An association is hereby established under the
name:
Forum pour l'Europe Démocratique
European Democracy Forum
It has been entered on 11th September 2000 (Volume
78, folio 226) in the Register of Associations maintained by Strasbourg
District Court and is governed by Articles 21 to 79 of the local Civil
Code, pursuant to the Act of 1 June 1924 on the introduction of French
civil legislation.
Article 2 - Purpose and activities
The main purpose of the European Democracy Forum
shall be to promote projects and communication initiatives conducive to the
spread and development of democracy in Europe, especially within the area
covered by the Council of Europe, whose principles and values, as laid down
in its Statute, the association shall support. "
